I really am so proud of Alberto. Lately, I give him a really hard time, but I cannot imagine my life without him. He is such a good balance for me and the best person I know. He rarely lets things get him down and if he does, it only lasts a short time. He works so hard for our family and treats everyone he meets like they are his best friend.
Alberto graduated from Dixie a little more than a month ago with his RN license. His class had a small ceremony, which was really nice. Each graduate was asked to write a few lines they wanted read as they walked up to get their pin (a nursing school ritual). Well earlier in the semester, one of his classmates asked him to toss her something and so he did, only it must have been a little more than a toss because whatever he threw hit this girl in the face and she had to go get stitches. I swear half the people in his class made a crack about this incident in their comments. It was funny and just goes to show how likable Alberto is; even after causing someone to have stitches, he is still the most popular boy in school. My pictures didn't turn out so well, so here are a few. Congratulation Alberto. You are a great man, husband, dad, nurse, salesperson, friend and will make a great PA, nurse practitioner, nurse anesthesist or what ever you ultimately decide to be.
